Bioshock Infinite
Bioshock Infinite is a First-person Shooter type game. It is the third game in its series. The game is set in 1912, you play as Booker Dewitt,a former Pickerton Agent sent to the floating city of Colombia to find a young women named Elizabeth, she helps you along the way giving you amunition, money and salt which power your Vigors. These Vigors can allow you to take out enimes to open certain doors. As you explore Columbia you find new weapons and new vigors to add to your line up. Bioshock Infinite got over 85 pre-release awards at E3 2011.
Personally, I believe Bioshock infinite is a great game. It's story is very well developed. The game also has a very indept feeling and you truely feel compleatly imersed. You feel twords the characters as the story progresses.
Mirror's Edge
Mirror's Edge is a Action-adventure Platform game. You play as Faith, who is a "runner" or courieer who delivers messages while evading the dystopian-society's government survallence by vaulting over objects, running across walls, crawling through ventilation shafts, and moving through the urban environment, by using parkour. When you move you must keep momentum to keep away from your enemies and get over objects. You encounter enemies twords the end of the game in which you use there own weapons against them selves. But when holding these weapons you move slower depending on the size of the weapon. As you progress you will start to see opening and ways to get from point A to point B faster or get past enemies without taking damage. Mirror's Edge has received mostly positive reviews, the PC version got a Metacritic score of 81%.
In my opinion Mirror's Edge is another must play game just based on it uniqiue game play style and story line. Especially, since Mirror's Edge Catalyst is coming out May 24, 2016. Overall it is a great casual game to play unless you have a short amount of patience.
